Stone bending and folding machine
First, the scope of application:
This folding machine is suitable for the drying and water saturation bending strength test of natural facing stone. It meets the requirements of GB/T 9966.2-2001 GB/T19766-2005 standard, equipment and measuring tools, test specimens, test procedures, result calculation and test report for bending strength test of natural facing stone. Used for abrasion test of stone.
Second, the test steps:
Dry state bending strength.
1, at 10
The sample was dried in a drying oven at 5 ° C ± 2 ° C for 24 h, and then placed in a desiccator to cool to room temperature.
2. Adjust the distance between the supports under the bracket with an error of ±1.0mm. Place it between the upper and lower brackets according to the position of the fulcrum marked on the specimen. Under normal circumstances, the decorative surface of the sample should be in a stretched state, that is, the decorative surface is placed face down on the support.
3. Apply a load to the specimen at a rate of 1800 N ± 50 N per minute until the specimen is destroyed. Record the sample breaking load value (F). Accurate to 10N.
4. Measure the scale (K) and thickness (H) of the fracture surface of the specimen with a vernier caliper to the nearest 0.1 mm.
Water saturation state bending strength
1. Sample treatment. After immersing the sample in clean water at 20 °C ± 2 °C for 48 hours, remove it, wipe off the surface moisture of the sample with a wrung wet towel, and immediately test.
2. Adjust the distance of the bracket support, the error is within ±1.0mm.
